Laraballs -A School-Friendly, Filling Snack
This is a quick and forgiving recipe - sometimes I measure, but more often I just throw a combination of these things into the food processor. Feel free to play around with different nuts (not for school!), seeds, and flavours.
1 cup seeds (some combo of coconut, sunflower, pumpkin and/or hemp seeds)
Pinch of salt
1 T water
1 T coconut oil
2 t maple syrup
3 T cocoa
Blend in food processor and form into balls. Add more water if necessary.
