Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls
These are a great protein bar alternative! They’re not very sweet and are quite filling.
Approximately:
1 cup unflavoured protein powder (I used ½ whey and ½ hemp)
1 cup whole oats
1 cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup maple syrup (more or less depending on preference)
2 TBSP water (adjust to create desired consistency)
Mix together in a food processor or by hand , and roll into balls. Keep in the fridge or freezer as needed!
