My Approach

Thorough investigation

We will take a deep dive into all the details of your health history, including your current primary concerns, but also sleep, digestion, diet, mood, and hormones. We’ll also review any supplements and medications you might be taking. All of these things are connected and will give clues as to what is going on with your current state of health.

Laboratory testing

Laboratory testing allows us to pinpoint nutritional deficiencies, hormonal patterns, blood sugar regulation concerns, etc. Pinpointing and ruling out concerns allows us to create a more targeted treatment plan.

Strategic RoadmaP

We’ll outline your priorities and the steps that we’ll take to get you there. Together we’ll put an evidence-based plan in place; one you feel confident that you can carry out long-term in your every day life.

Accountability

This part is key. We’re going to overcome the barriers to keep you on track.  And if things aren’t working, we’ll re-group and change course. I am here to support you throughout this journey.

Virtual or In-Person Care

I am currently seeing patients in-office at 264 Elizabeth St. in Guelph, or through a secure video platform for all residents of Ontario.
