Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate Mix
If you can’t tolerate dairy and are looking for a simple hot chocolate mix to have through the winter, look no further. We served this up at our Santa Claus Parade Open Gouse and it was a hit.
Make no mistake, hot chocolate has a lot of sugar in it. If you have trouble with your blood sugar and/or with sugar cravings but are really craving a cuppa, it would be wise to add some protein powder or a protein-rich snack alongside this.
Mix together:
1 TSBP cocoa
1 TBSP coconut milk powder
2 TBSP sugar
Slowly stir in:
1.25 cups hot water
