Lactation Cookies for a New Postpartum Mama
Lactation cookies are definitely NOT my #1 prescription for milk supply, but part of boosting milk supply is to NOURISH mama, and these cookies fit the bill. The oats, ground flax, and brewer’s yeast help to boost some womens’ supply and the hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein. They can be eaten with one hand and freeze well for a snack next week!
