The number one thing you can do for your health this year

Talk about it with someone!

It is a full-time job to navigate health information and research to understand what’s what and what matters for you (it’s not my fulltime job as I see patients too, but it’s probably 25% of my job and something I invest heavily in!).  

You know that your health matters, you have great plans to make changes in 2025 to support your health, let’s make it count!  I see so many patients bogged down by the timing of their coffee, the search for seed oils in ingredients, electrolytes, and parasite cleanses; forgetting the pillars of health and investigation that will get them further in understanding their bodies and achieving their goals.    Make your time, energy and investment count by working with someone who can cut through the bullshit!

Not only that, but accountability is key.  We all have harder days, weeks, and seasons. We sometimes need some hand-holding, troubleshooting in difficult times, more ideas, and support with specific goals.  It’s also so much nicer to celebrate with another person when we’re seeing success!

This person does not need to be me, maybe it’s another ND, your doctor, a personal trainer, dietician or other healthcare provider.  Maybe it’s all of the above, but talk about your health goals with someone to get clear about what’s most impactful and to hold yourself accountable!
