Red Curry Sauce

This sauce is a great option with any kind of vegetables, rice, and protein.  We classically have it with broccoli slaw and marinated tofu. 

  • 1 TBSP minced ginger

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 TBSP red curry paste

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 TBSP soy sauce

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 can high fat coconut milk

Saute the minced garlic and ginger in oil for a couple of minutes until fragrant and then add the rest of the ingredients.  

Mix and cook until heated and serve!
