Is coffee messing with your cortisol? The honest answer: maybe.

Coffee is a stimulant, so it can stimulate cortisol. In moderation, it’s usually fine. In excess, or in the wrong context, it can leave you wired, anxious, and depleted.

Is exercise bad for your cortisol?

Short answer: no.
 Longer answer: it depends on how your body is recovering.
