Are you struggling to get good quality sleep?

Having your phone beside your bed isn’t helping for two reasons:

  1. The bluelight from your phone can impact your melatonin production and means you’re not getting into as deep or restful sleep.

  2. Your phone is stimulating. Spending time absorbing emails or social media means that your brain is getting fired up and making it harder to fall asleep.


I have a life changing tip, or possibly challenge, depending on how you look at it!

The behaviour that I find helps people be successful in meeting their sleep goals and needs is plugging their phone OUTSIDE their bedroom.

Although turning your phone off altogether is the best solution, I totally understand not wanting to do this and therefore encourage you to move it outside your room.

Your phone DOESN’T need to be right beside your bed!

Buy an inexpensive alarm clock on Amazon or at Canadian Tire.

Move your charging station to outside your bedroom.

And start getting deeper, longer sleep.
