Year in Review
Wow, what a year! While the basics of my work continue to look the same, I’m providing much more virtual care than ever before, decked out in goggles/mask with in-person visits, and I’m missing patient hugs!
I looked back on my March 2020 newsletter, and it was filled with information on cold/flu prevention and some of my favourite at-home tools for managing cold symptoms.
Interestingly, I’ve had VERY few conversations about Fever or Cold Management this year (most of you aren’t getting sick which is great!), but MANY conversations about burnout, stress, anxiety, hormonal mood challenges, insomnia, etc.
I have never before seen more PMS, PMDD, skipped menstrual cycles, spotting, painful/heavy menstrual cycles, burnout, or stress. Your LIVES impact your HORMONES!
With this in mind, I’ve been inspired to take my care a level further and create a program to support women - Hormone Harmony - (specifically Moms) with managing their hormones. This program will allow you to lean into your cycles and manage hormonal symptoms of mood changes, weight gain, period problems, low libido, and burnout. This is information that we often touch on briefly in one-on-one appointments, but the program will allow us to really dig deep into this life-changing information for women.
I’m so excited about this and hope you’re able to join or share with a woman in your life who might benefit! We start on April 8th!
