A question I get a lot is, "Should you just take iron?"
🚫Not so fast, too much can be harmful. We need to test first, treat if needed, then re-test. That’s personalized care.

Who should test annually?
➡️Anyone
“My bloodwork came back normal.” Sounds good, right?

But, what could be missing?

➡️Your B12 or iron levels might be low, even if your blood cells look fine.

➡️Your TSH could be “normal,” but you might not have been tested f
