A question I get a lot is, "Should you just take iron?"
🚫Not so fast, too much can be harmful. We need to test first, treat if needed, then re-test. That’s personalized care.

Who should test annually?
➡️Anyone
“My bloodwork came back normal.” Sounds good, right?
