Let’s bust a myth: Testing your cortisol isn’t always the best place to start.

Cortisol is a dynamic hormone. It fluctuates throughout the day, responds to your environment, your thoughts, your sleep... basically, everything.

While androgen testing can be helpful in certain situations, it’s not always the best tool, and in some cases, it can be misleading.
